Yes, I went this route. Sometimes I struggled to think of what to write, and so I asked ChatGPT or Claude, or another, for help writing. And to reduce the amount of other people's art that I'm actually taking and posting without permission... If I can ever afford, or marry, an artist, AI art will serve as inspiration for paid art. At least with AI art, I can get something that looks a bit closer to what's in my head, because I'm a photographer, not a painter/illustrator. Stable Diffusion (that I've experimented with) was trained on my photography; I do recognize my work in various subjects when I ask the AI to recreate my photography, car shows and a few landscapes I can recognize. Most of the time I reference myself for my AI art, sometimes I reference no one. Out of respect to other artists, I will not mention anyone else in a prompt. Acknowledging that that doesn't change the background references the AI used to learn how to create images (similar to how a student studies the works of other artists to learn how to improve their own work, I had art classes that told me to mimic someone else's work...).
