Chyas, the old Valswynn word for anthropomorphic, or someone whose race is part humanoid and part animal.
There are many Chyas races, including:
- Caitian - cats (lion, tiger, leopard, small cat)
- Wulvien - dog (wolf, "small" dogs)
- fox
- bear
- Serpentine
- Drrajkin - lizard
- bovine (cow/bull, ox, etc)
- goat
- Avienn (raven, crow, owl, hawk, eagle, pelican, etc)
- fish (mermaids, etc)
- rodent (mouse, rat, hamster, etc)
- Centaur
