The Train Man

The Train Man is a highly powerful magic user that has mastered a manifestation of a train, he generates tracks ahead of where his train goes, and they vanish behind him. This allows him to travel almost anywhere, but he takes up a great distance as he does so.
He has close ties to EMC and expects to find him in Berryshire.
