The city of Quagloria, in Ethroal on the coast of Etra Aurut off of Sares Aurie, is one of the Avel's largest cities with a population of nearly 10million. It is a major hub for kayhali, aurhali, and has five avhali highways meeting within the city.
It is a hub for many forms of manufacturing and sales, it is a capitalist's dream come true. The city is wealthy for the most part, but with wealth comes crime. Quagloria has the highest crime rate among any of the Avel cities, though only 2% of crimes involve violence.
