Spheniscan

Physical Description: Spheniscans are humanoid Emperor Penguins with black and white feathers and a distinctive yellow-orange patch on their chest. They stand between 5 and 6 feet tall and weigh between 150 and 200 pounds.

Ability Score Increase: Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.

Age: Spheniscans mature at a similar rate to humans, reaching adulthood around age 18. They can live up to 50 years.

Alignment: Spheniscans are generally loyal and honorable creatures. They tend towards lawful alignments.

Age: Eudypticans mature at a similar rate to humans, reaching adulthood around age 18. They can live up to 40 years.

Alignment: Eudypticans are generally playful and social creatures. They tend towards chaotic alignments.
