Considered to be the most sexually comfortable nation. Public bathhouses are frequent, and a social expectation.
Anakin Skywalker type character hates his upbringing in the desert, leaves to attend of of EMC's Academies, gets word his family is killed by a sandworm, returns home in a rage and turns the desert to a jungle. This kills many of the regional monsters that can't handle the moister ground and trees.
