Chyas, the old Valswynn word for anthropomorphic, or someone whose race is part humanoid and part animal.

There are many Chyas races, including:

  • cat (lion, tiger, leopard, small cat)
  • dog (wolf, "small" dogs)
  • fox
  • bear
  • snake
  • lizard
  • bovine (cow/bull, ox, etc)
  • goat
  • avian (raven, crow, owl, hawk, eagle, pelican, etc)
  • fish (mermaids, etc)
  • rodent (mouse, rat, hamster, etc)
  • horse (centaur)
