Eleons Prison Island in the middle of Queneth Auriese.
For the first two thousand years of the prison's existence, it was built by the inmates. Upon arrival on the island a prisoner was instructed to begin digging and cutting rocks out of the ground and build their cell. Eventually, the digging became tunnels in levels, and the building grew into towers, and in 2864 this work was forced to end due to structural limitations of the labrynth of cells.
