Variable Rate Repulsion Rotary Magnetic Motor is a device used to propel vehicles ("cars," boats, airships, etc) invented in BM3651, in Doiele, in Væensal.

The motor is made up of two cylinders of magnets which can be moved so they overlap each other at varying rate of speed depending on how many rows of magnets are working against each other. The outer cylinder does not rotate, but moves forward and back along a track to control speed. The inner cylinder rotates and is connected to a driveshaft which turns wheels or a propeller.
