Above the valley of Ehscia in a lake-filled plateau called Hulnwi. Frozen grasses cover the ground between over a hundred lakes and many rivers.
Hulnwi is sparsely populated, with concentrations along the larger lakes which are the primary source of food. There are also many farmed animals which are used for labor as well as food.
Most of Hulnwi is wild, with many animals that don't exist elsewhere in the world.
