Verran Radoc is considered to be the Godking of the kobolds. His statues are centers of worship and considered Holy. It is believed that even his statues can perform miracles, though this hasn't been verified by any non-kobolds.
Although he has not been seen for many hundreds of years, his people believe he is still alive and watching over them from one of the small kayav.
