August 4, 2017 - Been doing lots of work on other stuff. I should, today, get to updating the menu, and adding location lists to B-level map pages.
August 3, 2017 - Created table index of maps to C-level. Took a long time to do just that, so I think doing D-level will come much later, it's another 16 maps per each C-Level map, which is 16 maps per B-level map, which are of course 16 maps within the full map.
