Prison Island in the middle of Queneth Auriese.
For the first thousand years of the prison's existence, it was built by the inmates. Upon arrival on the island a prisoner was instructed to begin digging and cutting rocks out of the ground and build their cell. Eventually, the digging became tunnels in levels, and the building grew into towers.
