Chyas are a group of races that are a mix of humanoid and other animal.
Sometime after the end of the Kaatyclyzym, a brilliant magic user managed to mix animal genetics with humans, and then got carried away. Not all crosses were successful, but others have created thriving civilizations with millions of members of their race. Many are disperse, but there are kingdoms of these chyas races.
