A character's potential is their base ability scores, as compared to other d20 games.
Potential ranks can be determined through rolling 4(d4+2), dropping the lowest die, for each. Or by dividing 90 points amongst the six abilities with a max of 20 (average of 15).
The skills of Potential are the standard Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.
Each time a player gains 25 practical skill ranks for an ability score, that score increases by one.
