The Traveling Gates are a magical or technological oddity in the world. Teleportation effects unlike any effect that any magic in the world can create, and a technology unlike anything else on the world. There are 33 known gates on the Avel. An object similar to the Avel Traveling Gates was found in 3129BM by an Auriesiann in the depths of the Arnturi Auriese, but was broken. Twin Keys has not reported any other findings in the Auriese.

Of the 33 known Gates, four are in Lnoll, five in Drrajh, six in Vunñar, eleven in Væensal, six in Doëlêl, and one which was moved to Eleons Prison Avaur.
