- Members of P&K and the Psionic Council have debate over whether or not they should erase it
- They decide not to erase it, but to change those that witnessed the rocket
- A maid is found hiding in a cupboard during the discussion that should have been secret
- She argues despite her not being supposed to be there
- Arguments in favor are for the violent nature of the people, and that they have spent the last 3000 years trying to erase violent events from memory in hopes that they wouldn't be repeated
