The Ensesine can be found everywhere, in all races, though some more than others. These Ensesine typically have Potential Scores no higher than 12, with Charisma, and Wisdom often around 8. When rolling Potential for an Ensesine, instead of adding 2 to the d4, only add 1.
An Ensesine is an immaculate conception that can appear in a family line unexpectedly, but the offspring of that Ensesine will eternally contain part of the Ensesine traits.
